Hazel Dell is an unincorporated area of Vancouver. Much of Hazel Dell is occupied by businesses and working class homes and condos in well established neighborhoods with a mix of new construction in all areas.
The large commercial business portion of Hazel Dell is on NE Highway 99 (just east of I-5) up and down its corridor. There are several businesses and shopping centers on NE Hazel Dell Avenue which include business and services including several retail, restaurant, and grocery chains, convenience stores, used car dealerships, auto parts stores, pawn shops, taverns, lounges, pubs and motels. There are also many other franchise eateries, several banks and realty, medical and dental offices throughout.
